“The staff are the asset here - very helpful and friendly. Downstairs is a very classic look which is nice. The room allocated was worn out and past its prime. Really not value for money. If you need to be in centre of town prime location but dont expect much from the room, unless I just got unlucky with a bad one stuck at back overlooking Tower Centre delivery entrance. Hot stuffy room even with windows open. ”

The location and room was stunning and exactly what we needed for our stay. What really made it special was Margo.
