“The initial arrival when we parked in the public parking raised some concerns, however the lovely hotel security lady quickly intervened and directed us to the proper hotel parking, from that point it was fantastic! The room was spotless, big and well appointed. But THE VIEWS!… WOW!!! The hotel certainly lives up to the name! The staff were all brilliant from the moment we arrived to the point we had to sadly check out. We will be back again!!”

“The place has a great view of the ocean, but the rooms are disappointing for the price you pay as there are none of the regular items you'd expect, such as a microwave or ice trays. There is a notice in the room that all kitchen items have been removed due to fire hazards, but all the other places we went to simply upgraded to improve their safety and still provide guest with the needed items. “Exceptional service and high quality surroundings. Not a huge amount to do around Wilderness itself but you are a safe 5 minute walk to many restaurants. Girls on the Square (cocktails /chicken stack) and Mozambik (prawn beline/steaks). Super relaxing property. ”

“We wanted to love this place. The location and house is sublime. The staff is very nice as well. The problem is that we payed a great deal for two nights, but there was no hot water for the entire stay. On the morning we were leaving, prior to check out time, they just shut off the water altogether with no warning. They did give us 10% off for one night. But that was hardly compensation for the water situation. I just can’t recommend this place. ”
