“This was absolutely breath taking. The scenery is to die for. The trip to the river is a must. Shout out to our tour guy Juan and Natalia the receptionist. She made everything so easy. This trip is exactly what I needed. ”

“Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.”

“I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!”

“Las atenciones fueron de primera en especial de parte de el encargado muy atento , amable , buen trato , me encantó realmente las atenciones y la propiedad . Volvería !!”

“Excelente servicio”

“This property was conveniently in proximity to the mall and the jardin plaza, however the hotel rooms do not have any complimentary tea everything you wanted you will have to buy. The breakfast was okay the variety just isn’t huge however if you are a bread lover you will highly enjoy overall a good day if you are not planning to be there long term and are a minimalist”

“Was amazing. Very friendly and 5 star No spa Gym was weak Pool was like a fountain and not really one I would swim in. Value was definitely overpriced for what I paid. Rest was awful. Morning breakfast we 2 stars of 5 Would not recommend this place to travelers looking for peace and quiet. The crickets outside were so loud I could not get any rest or sleep peacefully. So annoying. Tv had no service and their sound system iPad was 10 years old and barely worked. Place needs a...

“No tienen colchones las camas son espumas super duras al igual que las almohadas, y las sabanas manchada y rota. hay que caminar 10 mn a la recepción con maletas porque no hay forma de llegar a la recepción con carro al menos para descargar. La comida deja mucho que desear por el precio, En el desayuno, el cafe negro porque no habia leche desde el dia anterior. (Terrible) Tampoco habia elección. Lastima hotel bonito , agradable y muy natural. Pero muy mala administrqcion. ”
