“The Ashville Guesthouse is a charming property just on the outskirts of Westport. The room was spacious, clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was freshly prepared with something for every taste. The full Irish breakfast was excellent. Hilary and Oliver are exceptional hosts and make their guests feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this B&B and will book again if my travels take me back to the area.”

“We had a nice stay here. Loved Westport. Easy to walk downtown from the location. Many great options for restaurants and pubs. Room was too hot with no way to control the heat, but were able open the windows to make it comfortable. ”

“The room was great! Much bigger than what we anticipated. A bit on the warm side but we opened the window and let it air for a bit to cool down. I think they sell themselves short on their "light bites". We had a lovely lunch in the hotel on the day of arrival. A very tasty celeriac soup and salmon sandwich. Everyone was catered for, kids and people with allergens alike. The same goes for breakfast, plenty to choose from and lovely staff. I'm sure we'll be back again. ”

“Absolutely loved our stay. The staff are so helpful and looked after us so well. Especially the lovely lady who looked after us each morning at breakfast. We were sad saying goodbye to her on our last morning. We loved our room and treated ourselves to room service one of the nights and that was top marks. We ate in the bar another night and down in the Cottage too, couldn’t fault any of them. The only thing that could have improved our stay was the temperature of the pool. Okay for us adults...
