The hotel is clean and comfortable. The lower rating is due to the behaviour/lack of communication by one of the receptionists. I’m not sure we would stay here again.

Loved the Wyatt Hotel in Westport! Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. Very nice breakfast. Staff was fine - not overly warm and welcoming, but helped when asked. Parking was usually available right outside the front door. Price was very reasonable! Loved walking around and shopping in town. Nice fine on our way to Connemara.

We were visiting for a couple days. We arrived by bus and the Mill St stop is only ~2-3 blocks to the hotel. The train station is farther but also walkable. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms, which was very nice. I'm not sure what is the difference from other rooms. The restaurants were good and the pub is also good. I enjoyed the live music in the pub on Thursday night. There are many restaurants and pubs in easy walking distance.

The staff was amazing! Wonderful, welcoming and I loved the whole experience! Located in a great central area close to everything, including pubs, parks, coffee shops and all kinds of wonderful fresh food<3 10 out of 10! :)

I've been several times to this hotel and have found it to be consistently good and good value. I'd say the same this time except that the bedroom was incredibly warm and even with the window open nothing relieved it. A fan was provided and then another but it did little to reduce the heat. Also, there was a winter duvet on the bed and I spent 3 nights sleeping on top of the bed. I want to repeat that the hotel is really very good and the staff are fantastic. It just left me feeling a little disappointed this time.

Just back from a two night stay . Found the hotel excellent food very good staff very professional. Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel any time your in lovely Westport. It's only a 3 star rating but definitely deserves more.

The only thing to let this hotel down was the breakfast. On both days it was overcooked. The first day it clearly had sat under the heat for a long time and on the second day it was only marginally better. Neither day saw a particulrly busy breakfast room. Its not a dealbreaker as everything else was amazing....and would recommend but a better breakfast experience would put the cherry on top!

The property is located in the Octagon in Westport, which was great. Parking was available at the nearby SuperValu store. The room and lobby seemed long outdated. The staff was friendly enough.

Loved this hotel. Great location, places to sit outside for a drink, 3 restaurants (though same menu) they all had a different atmosphere. Breakfast was fine. Liked the bar. One thing the WiFi did not work well in the rooms as you got farther back, so if you need Internet you need to make sure you are ina room that it works well. But it did work well sitting outside or at the restraints. There is free onsite parking

We had booked a deluxe room but were downgraded on arrival due to lack of availability. We ended up in a handicap accessible room with no view. The hotel discounted our rate and comped us a cocktail in the bar which was nice but given we travelled from the US and it was a once in a lifetime trip and we had booked the hotel 6 months ago, it was a little disappointing. The hotel is very charming and in the center of town. We enjoyed a drink on the patio out front. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good.
