“Nothing wrong, great place to stay”

“Very nice stay”

“Amazing staff and experience from the moment I walked through the doors. Helpful, knowledgeable, professional and just kind. Brilliantly clean room, freshly ground coffee… they’re doing it right.”

“The hotel was very nice. I gave it a good rating instead of excellent because we were unable to get the air conditioning to come on. The room was very warm.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. On the down side it smelled as if some previous guest had smoked in the room. It was a non smoking room. It was just in the background. I did mention it to the desk. That person did not seem to be bothered by it. Well it was only for a night.”

“I called to report we would be late checking in and the guy working the check in was real pleasant on the phone. When we arrived this guy was just as pleasant in person. We did have a coffee pot in the room that was not working right. We reported this on the way out. I assume the staff replaced it after we left.”

“The hotel is a bit tired. Our room smelled like mildew. The elevators were broke down so you had to carry all of your luggage up the stairs. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the property needs some restoration unfortunately. It is located in a nice retail area so that is a plus.”
