“Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a strong sewage/drain smell. I immediately reported this to reception and requested a room change, but this was refused. Instead, I was told that a cleaner would attend the room. The cleaner was friendly and professional and changed the bedding in front of us, but she was unable to address the underlying issue. A chemical product was used which appeared to mask the sewage smell rather than resolve it. The...

“Very good hotel, very new building, the rooms are very comfortable as they appear in the photos and the staff is very friendly and cordial. Very good location if you have a car and don't want to stay in Valencia and the price is lower.”

“Stayed at Axel hotel for 3 nights, the location was perfect east walking distantace to central market and the old town. The best thing about it's location is we can go back to the hotel when we feel tired or during siesta. All the staff are courteous and friendly. Special mention to Davide for recommending a great tapas bar and helping us with our transport to airport. “오래되거나 낡은 호텔인것은 괜찮습니다. 이것은 우리의 선택이기 때문에 만족합니다. 하지만 호텔에서 제공하는 아침식사를 하려고 돈을 지불했을때는 먹을 수 있는 음식이 있어야합니다. 유통기한이 지난 상한 요플레를 식탁에 올려놓는 것은 이해할수가 없습니다.”

“It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late.”

“시설에 비해서 사실 가격이 너무 비쌋습니다. 오션뷰 더블룸이었고, 방에서 보이는 뷰는 멋졌습니다. 하지만 처음 방에 들어갔을 때 락스 냄새가 너무 머리가 아팠습니다. 다행히 환기 후 냄새는 많이 빠졌습니다. 호텔의 위치는 환상적입니다. 비치에서 사용할 비치타월이 2개 있어 우리는 해수욕을 편히 즐겼습니다. 하지만 이는 호텔의 서비스와 무관하게 바로 앞에 비치클럽이 있어 새벽4시까지 음악 소리가 방에서 다 들렸습니다. 창문을 다 닫고 있어도 너무나도 시끄러웠습니다. 이는 이 주변 호텔 모두에 해당할 내용 같네요. 체크아웃 하고 나서 짐을 맡겨놓고 잠시 산책할 수 있었습니다. 잘 쉬다 갑니다. ”
