“This resort was amazing! The staff were very welcoming, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Samuel by the pool was the best! Roman and Yennifer in the restaurant were so sweet. Nicolas the security guard was very welcoming and made us feel safe. The beach was breath taking and the rooms were modern and clean. Although I would recommend more food options in the restaurant and more typical Dominican food options I did enjoy the pad Thai and salmon. The customer service is truly unmatched. I...

“Clean facilities, good location, very good.”

Somos...

“Todo bastante bien. El personal muy atento.”

Our phone in the room never worked and I brought it up to reception and nothing was done. So we couldn’t order room service or God forbid a call if we had an emergency. Towels were scarce and I had to go to reception to get my own as well as toilet paper. The food was nothing sort of amazing, not many...

“Clean room, excellent staff service, good breakfast and Beautiful ocean view.”

“We had such a wonderful experience staying in Las Terrenas. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of peace and tranquility that made it the perfect place to slow down, relax, and truly enjoy our time in Samaná. The breakfasts with Armando were definitely a highlight of our stay. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome and added so much to the overall experience. He was always happy to help, share recommendations, and make sure we had everything we...
