“Great and lovely place!!! The staff was so helpful even when I had some water temperature issues it was a great stay, if you’re looking for activities as a solo traveler maybe try another resort since most of the excursions you need more than 1 person.”

“Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours. “If you find yourself in Tabogo, this is THE place to stay. Arturo and the staff are so great. The hotel is very charming and the food is excellent. There is a room on the top that has its own private pool but it was occupied. Seems like the best room but ours was great and had breakfast right outside door on terrace. ”

“Communication from the owner was excellent. The staff was amazing and patient with our lack of Spanish. The food was delicious and made dining stress free for my wife and me. The grounds and pool were also quite nice. If “bang for your buck” is a priority, I recommend La Maracuya. It’s a little remote, but we wanted some quiet time, and the location didn’t prevent us from exploring. We visited the pacific beaches and El Valle de Anton via rental car. “This place was a beautiful hotel located right next to the dock to get to the island. It's a little boutique hotel which has really great service. The pool was absolutely phenomenal and had a great time exploring the island and having the hotel close to all the other amenities was nice. “I really enjoyed my stay. It was 6 minutes walk to the beach where I found some beautiful agates! There was a store close by that had everything needed. The host was amazing. He let me use the washing machine as needed and even drove me to the grocery store. I could tell that he wanted me to have a good stay. The pool was really nice as well.
