"The day we checked in they told us that there was no reservation even though I show them my Expedia receipt. Expedia costumer service had to get involved because they did not wanted to honor the reservation that was already paid for through Expedia. It took a while between Expedia costumer service and the hotel back and forth but finally they were able to fix the issue. Other than that we had a good time there. Good location, easy access for the surrounding areas. Awesome breakfast as well. "

"This place is just a joke, don't book it. We had a one-night reservation. The arrival signs lead to a dead-end road. When we finally arrived at 6.15pm, everything was closed, including the restaurant we were counting on, even though the reception desk says it's open until 9pm every day. " This Hotel is a little Gem tucked away in the heart of the city but without the noise. Property was extremely clean, with all the necessities needed for a great stay. Room was perfect and they had a garden, a huge balcony on 3rd floor with vouchers, chairs, hammock that guest can use. They have a full kitchen that they also allow guest to use or cook if needed. The grounds were well kept and clean. Prices are very affordable. Check in was seamless with Maria and nothing requested was too much....
