โThis hotel had beautiful gardens and a lovely view of the Mountain side, while it was a 40 minute walk into town, it was an easy, mostly flat walk along the side of the road.
Staff were very accomodating and always offered to drive me in to town on their bike and pick up dinner for me.
It was a lovely place to spend some time in solitude and enjoy the natural landscape of Thailand!โ
โ2 star resort with 4 star price, view from balcony was lovely but couldn't use because of the mosquitoes. Linen stained and smelt of previous occupants.

โPhuluang Hotel is right in the centre of Loei. It is a 50 baht tuk tuk ride from the bus station. Check-in/Check-out was prompt and efficient. I was in a twin room and the room is an adequate size, particularly for one person. It has lots of storage and seating. The TV has lots of channels, but mostly in Thai. The bed was comfortable and I found it very quiet at night.
