“I don’t know anything about the property. I booked the place by mistake via Expedia, and neither the hotel nor Expedia offered any financial relief. It cost 3 days/nights. Instead of the hotel trying to track me down, it was simpler to just register me as a no show and charge for 3 nights.”

The rooms appear clean, definitely wear and tear, cracked sink bowl, door closing was off, trim over sink in bathroom could use a scrub in the detailed woodwork. “Big hotel, still bar lobby is cozy. Staff is very friendly. Can be busy in weekends when Spain people are visiting the hotel for long weekends. Pool is big and refreshing and always guarded by pool staff. Breakfast is delicious and offers always too many choices. A lot of tropical plants in the hotels garden.”

“Good for kids (though few as it was school time!). Bar good - if noisy - but drinks and bar food was good value. Breakfast was disappointing in that while there was a lot of choice it was a shame better quality fresh ingredients (e g cheese - only one type and as another guest said to me: "straight out of a packet" - and prepared fruit was only tinned. To be fair, there was a good selection of fresh fruit. Waiting staff were very good. ”
