“The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.”

“Would stay again. Great price for an economical hotel. Toilet tank didn’t always fill up but after it rained the toilet started to flush again. Hotel room is spacious and it was clean. The pool was nice and relaxing. They were doing construction in the back pool area during my stay - it will be nice to see how it all looks once completed. The food was delicious! The staff was helpful! Thank you for your hospitality !”

“This is a new hotel therefore everything looked clean and tidy. I spend only one night but managed to try the food which was very good and enjoyed the gym. ”

“Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. ”

“Overpriced premium business hotel well located. 300 USD a night with no breakfast, no minibar, no cleaning (unless you ask I guess) and $25 a small glass of everyday red wine, no thanks, the oil money is going quickly to local entrepreneurs head, a pity”

“AC was excellent. TV access was terrible - no TV for aver 3 days and no attempt to rectify. No instructions to access the safe, again no attempt to rectify. However, overall the staff was mostly very helpful.”

The host Terry, upgraded our stay to a 3 bedroom prime apartment and accommodated us to make our stay more comfortable. I would definitely come and stay here again.
