“I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport”

“The location of this lodge is amazing, offering a serene setting to enjoy the wildlife of Tanzania when not on safari. The lodge sits on the edge of a marsh and gave us multiple terrace options (including a private one attached to our room) to do some bird watching. “the facility is good. some stain in the bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is ok. The management is not attentive. The receptionist did not even have reservation when I checked in after I booked through Hotel.com a day before. I had to wait for half an hour for her to contact the manager, who is not onsite.”
