"Great price for a centrally located hotel. Basic but clean and large room. Would have like a tea or coffee making facility in the room, but it was available downstairs at breakfast. Overall i would recommend this hotel. The parking lot is a public parking lot just accross the road which was quite inexpensive and convenient. "

"Very disappointed to be given Floor 5 with 2 large dogs. Asked repeatedly for a lower floor the check in staff very unhelpful kept saying fully booked and couldn’t move my room. The annoying thing was not everyone had checked in and they could I am sure done a simple swap for me. Very frustrating to be met by poor service and little empathy "

"This hotel could be good but disappointed in several ways, some of which could be improved. The location was good, handy to nearby major roads. Parking was very good. Check-in via the handy external kiosk demanded immediate full payment even though the room had been prepaid (this extra payment was manually refunded after the very helpful manager arrived at 5pm to staff reception). "Loved, loved, loved it! Perfectly positioned in Dijon within easy walking distance of so many historical sites, places to shop, and lovely restaurants! Parking was pretty easy (may be harder at peak travel times) and the gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. This place is super cool! The hotel is in a historic building and when you walk out of reception you step into a courtyard where you feel transported right back to medieval times. A small fountain to the left,...

"It is a quaint little place, nice location and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately it is let down a serious lack of parking. I had to park on the street 15 minutes walk away. The shower in our room was a trickle and my partner was cold all night. The rooms are big with old style heating so not very effective, plus one radiator in the room did not seem to be working."
