"Bad first impressions with two members of staff hassling me about buying travel tickets before I’d even checked in. Room was an ok space, but couldn’t get antiquated AC to work and ceiling fan was so loud as to make sleep difficult. Minimal natural light from the window opening out onto a wall a foot or so away. Did seem to have on demand hot water, unlike some places in the area. Sure it’s cheap, but there are other better places nearby for similar price."

"Location good. In Connaught Place close to metro station. (Exit metro at gate 3.) That is the reason to stay here. There is no lift and rooms can be up several flights. It is dusty and can use some paint. But this is India so we have to evaluate in context. Did have hot water.
