"Quiet, quaint, comfortable. Steps off a busy avenue you can hear birds and waterfalls. The "comfort" room was charming and had an onsen (soaking tub) large enough for two. Breakfast was fine and authentically Chinese. English was limited but translation apps filled the gap. I would definitely stay again. "

"Advertised as a private room but was actually a dorm (same story reported by other travelers). Sheets instead of curtains. Told off for talking at 11pm. Noisy repairs underway from 7am. Floors never swept, tables sticky. Gave the property 3 days notice I would be leaving early but they still refused even a partial refund for the remaining nights, leaving me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Absolute money grubbing. Stay away."
