"Found the property up an unpaved alley at the rough end of Rawlins. No prior emailed instructions on how to gain access and no one to meet us or any notice to indicate who guests should call. No signage apart from that in the photo. No way was I pushing open any closed doors in that area. We booked into an alternative Rawlins hotel and obtained a refund."

"I saw a review where the woman bashed this place. While it is dated on some things. It was clean with air conditioning, beds comfortable and staff helpful. The religion she spoke of being pushed at her… nothing like that. A paper on the table saying about how they hope to help anyone in need. For what the room costs and accommodated pets, it was a deal. "
