"This unit was very clean, spacious and modern, has a well-equipped kitchen, and a wonderful view of the parklands and beyond. Has a good size shower in the ensuite, and a comfortable bed. Though close to the train station, it wasn't particularly noisy. There is secure, undercover parking, and good security in the building. An easy walk to the CBD and Southbank provides many dining and entertaining opportunities. A very comfortable and relaxing place to stay."

"Location was convenient to restaurants, bars and entertainment, but not very safe (lots of people around affect by drugs and alcohol). Pool was pleasant, but not particularly clean, and bridge over smaller pool was closed off for repair. Most buildings in block are in need of a fresh coat of external paint. Apartment would have been pleasant enough if better managed. Floors and lounge were stained and filthy. Crockery cracked and dirty. We reported many maintenance issues during our 3 day stay,...
