“The room we chose was compact but we'll equipped, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Service from the DuHomes team from the moment we booked until time to leave was excellent. The location of the property was ideal for taking in the Old Town Dubrovnik literally just a couple of minutes walk from Buza Gate.”

“Great place for a couple of nights visiting Dubrovnik. Is a bit out of town but is closer to the beaches and the port if catching a ferry. The bus network is so easy to use and is actually free with a city pass. The room itself was immaculately clean and had all the facilities you’d want. Plus a mini-mart downstairs in the building that was really well stocked. No complaints at all. Would 100% choose it again. ”

“The hotel owner was very nice and accommodating. However, during the first night of our stay the power went out in the middle of the night. So, our phones, watches and computers did not charge. When we contacted Ana in the morning to let her know, she was unaware there was an issue. At 8:30am the housekeeper let us know that workers had arrived to try to figure out the issue. We went to brakfast and returned at 9:30am and workers were still working on the issue with no known time of resolution....

“You really need a car to stay at this property as it is up country lanes that taxis don’t like to go to so we struggled a bit getting around. It isn’t clear in the description that it is so far out. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at apartment roza. The hosts are very accommodating and could not do enough for us. It is well equipped with everything you need.”

“Was an okay stay - about a 10 minute bus ride from the old town, about 90 stairs up to the property, a very small room that just had a small ceiling fan, no aircon, shared bathroom and kitchen. Hosts were perfectly pleasant and for €5 you can use the washing machine, however we were arriving at 1am and weren’t able to contact the property, had sent 3 emails and didn’t know if anyone was going to be there when we arrived, so communication could be better.
