Owner, David, has many years of experience in the tourism business in this region, and he's a deep well of stories. His large Ceiba tree, the centerpiece of his property, is a tribute to Mayan tradition, and he manages his grounds to attract a nice variety of birds."

"Great location, very close to tourists shuttles drop off point. Friendly staff. The room did not have hot shower. The bed sheets were not clean and I found hair on pillows. A little effort on cleanliness could make this place an excellent hostel."

"Reservamos en este hotel y en realidad la experiencia fue terrible la avitacion que proporcionaron las camas estaba llenas de chinches!!!! Mi madre fue fuertemente picoteada por esos animales! Claro nos dieron otra avitacion pero creo que la limpieza es primordial no lo recomiendo si no quieren llevarse estos animalitos en sus maletas 😒😒😒😒"

"Facilities are a little tired looking, but I for the price you pay I think is you get what you pay for. It’s clean, the sheets , pillows and the one towel they give smell fresh and clean. The communication with the young man at the front desk is not the best, I’m originally from El Salvador so my Spanish is very similar to Guatemalan Spanish and I could tell the young man said yes or no some times even if he was not understanding. You get 2 free boat rides to Flores and back a day between 8am...
