“Big Paul’s is the place to be in El Nido - we didn’t know what to expect and opted for a private twin room with for £15 each Free rum and coke - for 3 hours Copious free shots - made by Paul himself Loads of other amazing backpackers from around the world Free breakfast and just everyone is so nice! 5 mins in a tricycle from El Nido town centre Bike rental yards away Can’t fault it one bit - we only wish we could have stayed longer (my liver probs couldn’t take it though)”

Phenomenal staff with amazing service, the most stunning location with the beach/ocean right in your front yard, & an awesome food/drink selection that all tastes great! “The property is on the older side and it is quite a distance from Puerto Princesa(6hr drive) but if you are coming from El Nido is only an 1 1/2hr drive. The property is quiet as well which helps you relax and enjoy since it’s away from the city. The staff are friendly and accommodating to our needs. Overall I would stay here again for some peace and quiet.”

“This property suited our needs perfectly. It’s right on the water and right in the center of El Nido. It’s right next to restaurants, tour information, and a convenience store, plus an easy area to grab a trike. The only complaint I have is that the rooms are all adjoining so it was a bit loud if you have neighbors. We could hear the rooms next door TV all night. Otherwise it had exactly what we needed and the staff was SO nice and caring. ”

“Our stay at RC was quite amazing. The entire staff especially Matt the owner, were amazing and the hospitality they’ve showed was top notch. There were some initial hiccups we ran into but they were quick to resolve it and compensate it, but nothing that would make me give them 4 stars or below. Though this place maybe is a bit far from the downtown El Nido but there’s trikes everywhere that you can get. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.”
