"-We were a group of 5. 1 senior, 3 thirthy somethings, one 13 year old and we had arrived after 11pm to discover I had made an error in the 2 suites I thought I had booked online, however Ava at reception was very helpful, the epitome of excellence. Although I erred in the suites which were no longer available, Ava secured two adjoining rooms on the main floor. "Our rooms were very clean. The rooms were small and did not have a lot of shelve spaces. The unusual point about this property was that it did not have receptionist in the property. I used text message to communicate with property staff. The text communication was fast and present. "

"Everything was good with the exception of the hot tub. It was not hot and once we notified the staff they closed it down. Sad for us as we had five adults looking forward to using it after a long day."

"All in all it was just OK. I booked the hotel based on it having a pool for my kids and the pool was closed so that was a bummer. The rooms were pretty nice but had an odd smell to them. The breakfast was just OK--minimal but enough to jump start your day. The front desk staff gave great service. If you are needing a place for a simple, affordable night's stay where you are passing through then this hotel is completely fine for this."

"My husband and I were in Grand Forks for our daughter’s graduation from UND. She hadn’t thought to iron her graduation gown. The staff loaned me an iron and a hanger for her gown. They were really pleasant and accommodating. They also gave us local restaurant recommendations."
