"Everything was EXCELLENT from the initial communication right after I made my reservation at the airport. Transportation from and to the airport and warm reception at the beautiful hotel. The beautiful, clean and very comfortable room. You can't ask for more. When I revisit Panamá I will definitely be staying here."

"No intimacy at all. Don't trust the photos, there are no curtains for the beds. All lockers are taken (or without... locks, sic). Some check-ins are made late at night (even at 2-3am sometimes) but check-outs are at 10am (insane). Staff come and go in your room without notice. Bathrooms are dirty. AC are disabled by day. And it's always full old people, somehow."
