“This is a beautifully presented resort within easy walking distance to amenities and everything Los Cristianos has to offer in the town and down by the bay. The gardens are wonderful, lovely pool layout with adjacent bar and restaurant. Reception were professional and the greeting was warm and genuine. “Have written feedback directly to the hotel. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back! ”

“I left a black coat in the hotel lobby. I contacted the front desk shortly after, but they made little effort to help, said they couldn’t find it, and refused to check the CCTV. I suspect it may have been taken by staff. If you care about your belongings, I would not recommend staying here.”

“Clean room and environment with friendly staff, from the front desk to housekeeping. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars was the breakfast service. Open for two hours, but clearly I felt rushed for final half hour, and the clanging of dishes being collected made it clear we were to move on. I recommend this hotel as a great place to stay, close to everything and away from the din of city and tourists. Next time I would exclude breakfast and use our apartment kitchen.”

“Very lucky with our room upgrade nothing special just at the pool side because we a lot of people complained about street noice on the other side. Rooms nice and clean . No A/C is not acceptable for an island with a hot weather . In the morning we have to close our bedroom because of the noice coming from delivery stuff getting ready for breakfast . Breakfast was good for the first 2 days . They offered veggies that you can eat. They test very bad like they were keep in the fridge for a month ....
