“Wir wurden bei der Ankunft in Drake Bay sehr freundlich empfangen und ins Hotel gefahren. Zentrale, gute Lage, Restaurants, Shops und Hafen einfach zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir hatten ein sauberes und geräumiges, zweckmässig eingerichtetes Zimmer. Der Chef war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bestens über weitere Touren informiert .”

“Mariadelia welcomed us to the hotel with smoothies and refreshing towels. She was such an angel our whole stay. She anticipated our needs, answered our questions, and helped us book activities. I hope she gets paid highly because she certainly deserves it! We also loved talking with the bartender, Diego who was a sweetie. One of the chefs, Randall also came over and took a picture of me and my husband without us having to ask. Everyone on staff clearly works hard to upkeep this lovely getaway....

“The place has a good location in the city, but all the facilities (kitchen and appliances) are very old and nothing like the photos. Also the hosts don’t give any information about the place and activities…. just give you the key and you are on your own.”

“The welcome by being collected on the beach and having our luggage taken to the room was a nice touch. The room itself was clean and the view was gorgeous. We were disappointed with the general service, particularly in the hotels restaurant. We booked a table on the first evening and it wasn't ready when we arrived, with the staff seeming stressed at our arrival. We were sat down 15 minutes late and the food took over an hour to arrive, during which time we were not visited once by the staff...
