"We stayed two nights at hotel. Very,very nice property. The lobby was huge with a view to the gorgeous pool. The checkin was nearly flawless except they wanted to keep my passport all the while they had copies of all 4 of ours. Got sorted out fairly quickly….no biggie. The room was also really nice. "The listing for this property should clearly state it is located next to a night club which plays music until 2am in the morning and it is so loud that you cannot talk in the room and be heard. Vietnam has no restrctions on noise, so when I say loud I mean so loud it is unbelievable. Don't book this unless you plan to be out most of the time at the nightclub. "Friendly staff, clean, nice bed and shower"

"The hotel is rated 3 star but the cleanliness and quality is worse than 2 star hotel. The bathroom is yuck, very gross. I booked a Deluxe room which I paid more than Standard room, but quality of the room is TERRIBLE. The AC is dead that has no cool air at all in the room when it's 80 degree. "

"The hotel location is poorly designed, the floor is granite but slippery, couple of the customers already slope and felt on their floor. The location is located nearby couple of karaoke places and the windows are not soundproof, very loud, not to peaceful for sleep. The staff are unfriendly, rude and no knowledge of what booking in advance mean.
