My opinion hotel.com not safe to use for your travels booking with when you travelling unknown country’s 2 hours & 30 i was on the phone with Hotel.com to sort my booking they were told me they will arrange another property for me how bad is Hotels.com. My personal experience & Suggestions not to go Hotel SEA WORLD Coxbazar. Customer service behaviours & management people were very rude disrespectful none of the staff were helpful all of them uneducated Please do not do business or stay with them for your own safety & respect."
