"Best customer service ever. The hotel staff was so helpful, sweet and genuinely caring, we were treated like royalty. The hotel is too amazing with great views and amenities. "It was the last week of the season, so understandable for some thing's. This hotel is definitely not a 5*. We have stayed at 4* and 5* at opening and closing weeks, this is no where near. The good - Branded drinks, JD, Smirnoff, Baileys. The soft furnishings, seating, pool area etc are all lovely and to a high standard. The not so good - No drinks menu at the bar, run out of mixers and drinks. The food selection was minimal, warm at best and struggled to put a meal together for the 3 sittings...

"Excellent. From the rooms to the perfect breakfast. The only hotel that recognized my status on Expedia and upgraded. Helpful staff from the reception to the people cleaning rooms and the breakfast staff. We will return. Centrally located and highly recommend it "
