"This was my first time staying in one of the cottages across the street from Mantanzas Inn Bayside Resort, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The Bayside staff provide a very clean and tidy residence. The staff was also friendly and informative. The parking beside the cottage was adequate, somewhat protected, and convenient. "

"We had originally booked 2 nights. We left early the following morning, even tho we'd paid already. Green algae/slime coating the primary window. The secondary window looked rough; as if it had been broken at some point and poorly replaced. The pillows were quite flimsy so bring your own from home. The comforter on the bed is super thick and heavy; just perfect for Vermont, but here in FL!!??? TOO HOT. Offer cotten blankets, please. I used only the thin sheet, which was uncomfortable and chilly so I barelyslept. We did not interact with the staff, other than to check in and out, which was normal. The breakfast was also disappointing, there was no attendant even tho it was 9 and supposed to be available until 10; it seemed they were just letting things run out. People were eating the hot food items available, and looked to be enjoying it. The coffee was good, and there were a variety of roasts. The juice was mostly flavored water. We did not visit the amenities, but the general location of this property is good, and very close to the islands."

"Our sixth trip back to the property. We love sitting on the balcony facing the bay watching for dolphins and watching the passing boats. Views are beautiful. Pool is beautiful. "
