"Great location, very clean, great service from the staff, had late check out because of Gold membership and complimentary snack and drinks. Welcome wine provided at the lobby. Room a tiny bit small, but we had an excellent stay overall. "

"Location is great. 7-8 mins walk to Tenjin Station. Near to Canal City. Plenty of small restaurants near the hotel so you won’t go hungry. The room is considered big by Japanese standard. Wish they could give us international sized pillows. The pillows are small. Got a neck ache after sleeping in them for a few nights😅 Otherwise everything was nice! Bought breakfast. It was simple and decent for the price. Thank you!"

"Although a bit impersonal and a little noisy because of the hotel's layout, my stay was fine. It's a budget hotel and so a room with no view and not much space was pretty much what I expected and served its purpose in providing a decent sleep in a convenient location close to Hakata Station. "

"The hotel was amazing with a 24H cafe downstairs. Loved the vibe & their friendly services. Only concern was the evacuation stairs was locked when we encountered an earthquake, confirmed with the front desk that it’s always locked. Lol "

"Yamato San and Ukeda San, Managers at the hotel were extremely attentive and took great care in making our stay memorable and comfortable. My wife and I have ‘best in class’ memories of our stay and we are looking forward to our return visit on 1 June"

"Clean but not pristine because room is serviced every 3 days unless requested otherwise. We were only given clean towels every day in a bag hung on our door handle. Our trash was minimal but stayed in the room till serviced. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating.Could barely hear street noise and absolutely nothing from neighboring rooms. BBC was the only TV channel in English with repetitive global news highlights that got annoying "

"Good hotel. Held our luggage for us prior to check in. Strategically located by the Canal City mall - lots of shopping and restaurants. There's also a nearby Lawson (kombini) for necessities. It’s also with walking distance (15min) of a local outdoor shopping arcade. Lots of local restaurants and vendors. Smaller than the ones we saw in Kyoto, Sapporo, and Tokyo, but nice. Ate at a two-star Michlen restaurant that served fugu. Also a short distance from Golds Gym Sapporo which as a day pass for...

You will have to grab your own complimentary supplies like slippers, tooth brush, body wash cloth from the lobby and take it to your room, which I haven’t seen before but I guess it can cut down on cost? There is this “take your preferred shampoo/conditioner” pump station at the lobby too, which my wife thought was interesting. The room was quite standard sized, we had a regular twin bedroom, clean but has its wear...
