“I had wonderful experience at Civitas Hotel Kigali, Rwanda. It is in a great location with a lot of fun activities going on. The hotel is clean and the food is great. Breakfast seems set but quite good. The staff is very nice and the general location, like much of Kigali in general, is safe and pleasant.”

Breakfast often came late; not the agreed time. If you have plans to do within a certain range of time then it could be inconviniencing. The sorrounding is great, the workers are friendly, the hotel Management helps even when you fail to get the direction back to the hotel after your trips”

The appartment was well furnished but unfortunately isn't possible to cook even there's a kitchen (no hob or oven only microwave). The team needs to be a bit more welcome and friendly. I found them a bit cold. This price is worthy ”
