"Clean room, friendly staff"

"The room was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, I wish there had been a few more amenities, especially a refrigerator and a hairdryer. Also, I contacted the resort by email before my arrival, but I did not receive a reply until the last minute, which was quite stressful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay."

I ended up paying the complete full rates of 11,850pesos. This should not be happening. The refunds exercise should be implemented to customer like me..."

"Hey, the welcome was amazing, and they helped with bags to the room)) The beach is really nice and warm, with loads of BBQ restaurants on the beach, and they're very cheap. The hotel has it own beach restraunt which is very good value for money)) The room it's self is large and spacious. I would recommend this hotel, felt very safe as the resort has it own security ))"

"Love the beach, clear water. Staff were amazing and friendly. You can find the restaurant on the 2nd floor of Neptune Hotel. Nice view, with made to order food. Overall its a 10/10. I just hope they fix the road. Me and my brother had a wonderful experience."

"I loved the uniqueness of this property. My friends and I had two huts. And I loved that aspect. The pool was medium size. But we seemed to be the only ones in it when we wanted to use it anyway. The place had a local vibe to it. If you want an off the beaten path…no kidding cause you need to go down a very uneven dirt road to access the place…vs staying at a resort that has no character this is the place for you.
