"Paid upfront to book for week long vacation through Expedia. Arrived and was disturbed to find people living there, sketchy looking people hanging out in the parking lot. The place was filthy and run down. I can’t believe this place has not been condemned by the city. My Wife and I accepted a loss of 160+ dollars because of cancellation policy on Expedia to stay elsewhere. "
