“I went with a group of friends and it was just the beginning of the season so we had the entire property to ourselves. All the staff were extremely friendly and nice. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. A separate shout out to Michael and Raj. Do ask for them when you visit.”

Loved every nook and corner at Echo Woods and we were lucky to have meaningful and memorable conversations with the other guests over breakfast. “My husband and I rented the Cedar cottage for Thanksgiving weekend! It was great! The cottage is spacious, comfortable & completely sanatized. We had a beautiful view of the lake and enjoyed kayaking & sitting by the water enjoying the autumn colours! We loved having a BBQ, outdoor firepit & an indoor fireplace. It was a true "cottage" experience. We hope to return again!”

“It wasn't really a typical resort that we had thought a resort was supposed to be. It feels more like a nice family-run getaway chalet thing. We had 3 meals in their restaurant. Fish and chips is great, breakfast is just so so, 4-5 warm dishes with some fruits, bakeries, deserts, overall a bit overpriced. We didn't get to use any of the facilities because of the weather, so can't really speak for that part. We did enjoy the TV, there are so many channels to watch, made it a cozy night...

“If you are looking for something "Rustic" this is a great place. We brought our 2 labs and had a great dogcation here. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for the night. We dined at a local spot called the "dragon Cafe" just 10 minutes down the road were the food is amazing. Had a campfire by the water and enjoyed the fall colours. Everyone was extremely friendly and we would go back again. ”
