"An onsen at your room is a plus for that price, but if you are not driving is not recommended. There is no restaurant at the hotel and no public transportation around unless you want to want hour and half to get your dinner (one way)."

"East wing, west wing! Our room was a trek from reception, felt like a different hotel! Dining room was smack in the middle so it didn’t really matter. Some renovations ongoing which may have lengthened the journey. Room was nice and spacious with a lovely bed. Great location and the Onsen was really nice, especially the outdoor section, being able to relax and see the stars "

"The hot springs, including private ones, are amazing (and sulphurous), and so are the views from the hotel. The food is simple and good, both at dinner and at breakfast. On the other hand, rooms have cheesy smell to them, probably from mold; wifi is very weak."

"This hotel had a spacious room for three people and outstanding guests door and outdoor onsen bathes. I highly recommend this hotel. We plan to stay there on our next trip. "
