“Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again.”

The problem we had was dining in the restaurant. The waitress was rude and it took use 1:45 to get our food. We were the only one in the restaurant!! “This property is very unique. It is located in a very busy area of La Romana. The word "Oasis" is exactly the right word for this hotel. It was a clean, very well designed hotel with a beautiful mural that you might miss if you were just driving through. But the best part was the staff. Everyone, from the owner, the manager and even people working on the building of their soon to be opened pool, treated me like I was a guest in their home. Sur place, il y a un restaurant très très bon. Je vous recommande de rester à celui-ci et de ne pas aller voir ailleurs. Nous avons été déçu à chaque fois que nous mangions à l’extérieur. Nous y sommes restés deux nuits. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité. 10 minutes de la plage et rue marchande à deux minutes.”
