"I would very rarely write anything but positive reviews, but I can’t in good conscience do that here. Staff seemed in general to be disinterested in helping, and also didn’t seem to be able to navigate the computer booking system to find our booking. They also attempted to double charge us (twice) despite being shown receipts from hotels.com! In addition to this, when we requested a room away from the busy and loud main road outside (which prevented a good night’s sleep on our first night), we...
