"The shower had black mould. There were no hangers to hang clothes on. There was no safe. Sometimes the towels had stains. The breakfast was limited to eggs, sausages, OJ and coffee/tea every day. The eggs were always cold. They loaded the linen daily through the reception parst the eating area. Nothing about this hotel indicates they think about the customer experience. "

"2 star resort with 4 star price, view from balcony was lovely but couldn't use because of the mosquitoes. Linen stained and smelt of previous occupants. Breakfast was poor, no fresh coffee. "

"The water in the bathroom was not working properly and the water heater did not work properly. It very long for them to respond because there were no staff on site. The morning we checked out the water heater was not working again and so we waited a long time for them to come fix it again, which delayed our departure. Finally we left without taking showers because this was during the cold season."
