“The location is great, easy to get to everywhere, but it's too small to stay for multiple nights.”

“Here is no elevator ”

“Clean, comfortable and a handy location. A huge clean pool, coin operated washer and dryer if you really needed it - though we decided to use a modern laundromat a couple of minutes drive away. We were curious about the road noise, but when the windows was closed it was perfectly quiet in our room. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The property looks a little outdated from the outside, but we had an upstairs room that was fresh looking and had everything we needed to have a nice stay...

“Great base for one or two nights if you’re on a budget. It’s a converted warehouse but smartly turned into a hotel with basic but perfectly clean rooms. Breakfast is a nice little bonus too. Nothing gourmet but was helpful to grab a small bite before leaving. Plenty of parking. WiFi was good. We also appreciate the earlier check in. Value for money excellent. Thank you.”

“Convenient for travellers passing through Perth.”

“As a solo traveler, I find this property very convenient, clean, close to shops, good bar/restaurant downstairs. Room space is small, but bed was comfortable also very good shower head in bathroom.”

“If you're running very low on money but you don't want to stay at a hostel or dormitory, this place is the right choice. But for any other kinds of travellers, the City Waters will provide you with various kinds of disappointment. Many things come to mind, but the one thing that I would like to point out the most was the poor attitude of the reception clerks. We asked the clerk if we could leave our baggages after checking out at pick them up at a later time (due to airplane schedules) but they...
