“They put us in the wrong room. We paid for a larger room but only in the morning did the receptionist advise us of her mistake. The room was comfortable and clean but I did slice my finger quite deeply on a broken tile around where a new shower head was installed. It was like a razor and needs to be fixed. We should also get a refund of the difference between the room I booked and the standard roomI received. It is quiet, bed is comfortable and the air-conditioning works well.”

“If you want a no-frills place to lay your head, then go for it. I felt like my room was half-cleaned/prepared, and then the cleaning staff were called away.... When I started to ask the question, I had a member of the cleaning team attend and ask "so what's wrong with your room". Awkward but fine.... I proceeded to show all the ways it wasn't right/usual and I got road locked at each point. So the only success I had was that he brought back an unopened toilet roll.... This may make me sound...

“It was tricky to find where to check-in as the accommodation is right next to the bar next door. Don't go to the wrong one! Accommodation itself is a bit tired but does the job. Some features of the room were better than higher priced options e.g place to put your bag which is not the floor :) Dinner was excellent! Highly recommend. I would stay here again due to proximity to the excellent food option.”
