"The room was okay in terms of hotels. Our room had a bug infestation but it was cleaned up. The food was edible but not tasty. The location was great and the free shuttle was a nice touch. Since the food was very lack luster."

"The staff were lovely! Very kind and attentive. No really anything bad to say at all except… if you can’t do hard beds… this is not for you. The beds were stiff. The shower went scalding hot every 10 seconds but other than that it was completely amazing. The elephants were very well cared for which was the MOST important part for me. "

"From before we arrived, the staff was very responsive and kind. The views from the hotel over Lake Batur and Mount Batur were stunning and the rooftop pool was heated for an evening swim. The water for the showers was nice and hot too. The only issue we ran into was the generator having some issues on our last morning that couldn’t be helped."

"What can l say about our stay here. It a bit of a way to walk into the town. The path were different . Taxi a bit hard to find. But saying all of that was it worth it YES YES YES. Now about the Hotel well it was wonderful. It only small but perfect just on the beach, The room we had massive beautiful view. They serve breakfast which was great. Can do Food as well, well cooked. "It was amazing stay amidst nature. One suggestion they can expand their food menu option may be some Indian food. Chef made complimentary cake for our son’s birthday n it was delicious. Thanks."
