Idílic place and views. Perfect location. Perfect hospitality. They staff always ready to serve . Is Perfect for stay and relax if you prefer Forest than crowded beach . The bad thing is that you should have car for going everywhere becaise aint no shops nearby.

We stayed at two bedrooms villa for three nights, and the whole experience was not so satisfying. We understand it is inside the valley so lots of bugs were expected but there were still some dead bugs on the linen every night even after the room service. The rooms really need a thorough cleaning due to lots of stains on the wall and furniture. Also it is really far away from Ubud so it is only recommended if you’re staying at the villa for the entire trip. The credits will be given to the friendly staff and they provided an excellent service.

Ainoa hyvä asia majoituksessa oli altaat ja maisemat. Portaita PALJON eli vaatii kohtuullista kuntoa liikkua alueella. Liikuntarajoitteisille ei sovi lainkaan. Huoneessa näkyvää ja haisevaa kosteusvauriota, joka aiheutti oireita. Puutteellinen siisteys. Alue ylipäätään kaipaisi kunnostamista. Heikko wifi, henkilökuntaan vaikeaa saada yhteyttä mitenkään (roomservice ei vastaa puhelimeen eikä hotelli vastannut muihinkaan yhteydenottoihin ennen saapumista). Yksinkertaisten erityisruokavalioiden järjestäminen ei onnistunut ja päädyimme tilaamaan kuljetuksella ruokaa muualta. Henkilökunnan kielitaito puutteellinen. Hotellilla tai lähialueella ei ole kauppaa, joten kannattaa ostaa kaikki valmiiksi mitä tarvitsee. Jos olisi ollut pidempi majoittuminen kyseessä, olisin lähtenyt muualle. Olisi pitänyt lukea arvosteluita muista paikoista, niin olisi huomannut nämä asiat sieltä ja jättänyt menemättä.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel, und wenn ich könnte, würde ich dort einziehen :-). Wir waren als Familie dort in der 2-Zimmer-Pool Villa. Zuerst hatten wir Bedenken, weil in den Bewertungen Leute über das Essen gemeckert hatten, aber ich bin sehr froh, dass wir uns nicht anders entschieden haben. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, die Auswahl an Speisen am Abend nicht groß, aber geschmacklich gut. Es gibt keine festen Essenszeiten, man kann bestellen, wann man Hunger hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Im Bereich Sauberkeit, naja, man ist im Dschungel. Klar sind da immer wieder mal ein paar Tierchen im Zimmer, aber es war nicht schlimm. Das Open Air Bad mit Außentoilette ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber irgendwie trotzdem eine tolle Erfahrung. Toll war natürlich auch unser privater Swimmingpool. Er ist zwar wirklich klein, aber dafür halt exklusiv. Das Wasser ist Quellwasser, erfrischend, aber nicht zu kalt. Die Aussicht vom Hauptpool ist natürlich der Hammer. Ich hätte tagelang einfach nur schauen können. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände völlig frei bewegen, und ich bin morgens gerne zum Fluss und auf der anderen Seite hoch in die Reisfelder gelaufen. Mir sind oft Einheimische begegnet, die kein Englisch können, aber sich über meine paar Wörter indonesisch sehr gefreut haben und wirklich sehr sehr lieb sind. Was man wissen sollte: Mittags wird es heiß, weil kaum Schatten da ist. Nach Ubud ist es weit, eine Stunde Fahrt trotz nur 20 km. Aber dafür ist es ruhig und soooo schön

Great location and great views

We had a great three day stay. The location was quiet, secluded with great views and stunning surrounding gardens. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is nice but it does need some attention as it's showing signs of needed maintenance. We unfortunately didn't end up using the pool as the water was really cold and being at high elevation the weather was quite cool..

직원들이 매우 친절함. 조식은 전날 주문을 받고 아침에 시간맞춰 준비해 줬는데 뷔페보다 정갈하고 좋았음. 호텔시설은 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되어있음 산속에 위치하고 있어서 찾아가기 쉽지 않지만 공기도 좋고 기본적으로 시원함. 주변에 마트가 없어서 필요한 것은 미리 준비해 가야함.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer bemüht, dem Gast alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Man ist der Natur so nah. Allein der Ausblick in das grüne Dickicht und dann nachts das Zirpen der Grillen. Wir waren total begeistert.

Hieno hotelli keskellä riisipeltoja, rauhallinen.

Upea hotelli kertakaikkisen ihanassa miljöössä, rauhallinen hotelli keskellä luontoa, lähistöllä ei kauppoja eikä ravintoloita. Henkilökunta hyvin palvelevaa mutta kielitaito kaipaa parannusta. Kylpyyn ei riittänyt lämmintä vettä.

여자들끼리는 무서울것 같은 리조트

위치는 우붓왕궁에서 30-40분 정도 소요 되나 너무 외진곳입니다 메인 수영장에서 보는 뷰는 정말 좋습니다. 다만 조식시 발리커피외에는 추가 요금을 내야 한다고 하고 조식도 부실 하네요 직원들의 서비스와 친절도는 아주 좋습니다

Isolated calm resort

Since It is little hard to find to lacate at the first time, it is quite nice due to calm, green resort. The staffs were nice and breakfast was amazing. Especially the pool is out of imazination.

Très bel hotel sur vue paradisiaque

Personnel d'hotel à l'écoute, gentil et attentionné à notre projet de voyage ! Hotel complètement perdu dans la jungle au milieu des rizières une vue à couper le souffle, dont une piscine vraiment impressionnante. Idéal pour un séjour en couple propice aux rapprochements sans équivoque ! si toutefois vous voulez bouger, il faut compter un budget car les commerces sont assez loin de l'hotel. Dem Chef des Kundenservices ( Adi) gehört ein besonderes Lob ausgesprochen. Er bemüht sich um alle Wünsch der Kunden, organisiert alles was man erleben oder machen möchte und packt bei allem, wie seine Mitarbeiter selbst mit an. Wundeschönes Hotel, können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

Peace and Heaven on Earth

Stunning views of rice terraces in this secluded escape away from it all. Although the rooms were sold out the resort is designed in a way that makes you feel like you are the only one there. The staff was attentive but not intrusive and the grounds were absolute tranquility. This is paradise if you want to relax at the resort, take a dip in your private plunge pool or swim the infinity pool. Be warned, there are stone stairs that they will guide you down (not too far) however we arrived after dark and it was a surprise. Not a problem at all unless you are traveling with someone that has difficulty with stairs.
