The pictures of the room did not match the actual room upon arrival. The room was located on an office floor, not a residential one. There were cracks on the floor and walls of the room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was dusty and old. The air conditioning unit in the room had many water stains. Attempts to contact the customer service center...

"The property was super clean. Quiet area ans lots of amenities too. Super convenient. Would definiely be booking this spot again on my next trip."

One the checkout day, although the checking process with the owner was good, i was given another different room from what I was told. Room felt like it was someone else else and yeah… i basically checked out same night"
