Room 205. Our coffee machine didn’t work properly. We tested out the hot chocolate and it was splashing all over. Overall, everything is clean and well taken cared of. Beautiful room and views from the suites. Great hospitality and customer service. Check out the prime steak house while you’re here.

Wonderful resort. Beautiful decor. Breakfast and dinner restaurant. Great with great view. All the amenities (all working, even a nice steam room that I have never seen an a resort) pool, jacuzzi, sauna, exercise room full of machines, including a large immaculate game room ping pong, pool tables TVs. It is a close scenic jaunt to Park City which offers many outdoor activities. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend a stay here to your next trip in the Salt Lake...

This is a brand new amazing property ....they working on getting Spa ...but the bar, restaurant, gym amenities, access to DV lift is excellant...they still getting bar tender and staff customer service down but it's really good or least equivalent to Montage / Regis / Erickson ...the Hidden Aces speak easy is Great and the rms are huge ...only criticism we had was beds & pillow could be better ..they are harder then you'd expect for this lvl resort ..softer pillows / mattress should be looked...

Rooms were comfortable and luxurious, I enjoyed the soaking tub and balcony from the room. Nice hot tub and work out facilities. Note the hotel is in the Canyons, not in Park City ski resort, but is a quick drive. I liked the free and convenient parking (self parking under the hotel) and free internet. Friendly staff. Excellent value during offseason. My only complaint was that there was no bar or restaurant open on the premises, only open during prime season. There was a starbucks...

The hotel was so beautiful and perfectly located, 10 minutes away from Park City. The service was 10/10. I can’t wait to come back.

Griffin at front desk was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The entire staff from housekeeping to valet service made our stay a very lovely experience. This is our 4th time back to this property in the last 2.5 years.

Checking in was a little confusing because there wasn’t signage for an office or lobby. Once we got that straight everything went smoothly.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, rooms are spacious. This is not the first time we’ve stayed here and it won’t be the last :) helps that they have a shul on site!

The room with spacious, staff hospital, and the property was beautiful.

Service was super good! room service and house keeping were great! Only thing was that the room didn't have a microwave or hot water kettle that we could get some hot water for tea! The coffee pot was a K-Cup that couldn't be used as making hot tea.

Cozy, comfortable and over the top service. Ski In and Ski out with pommel lift from base chairs. Attractive western themed lodging in a laid back atmosphere. The food is unique and dinner selections are changed daily. Anything you request, the staff will try their best to make happen. Serious skiers who are by and large repeat visitors make up the majority of the guests. Our college aged son found the absence of social life after 10:00PM a bit bewildering, but there are a few bars within...

It was great. We loved having a kitchen and all the fun transformations we could make to the furniture. We used the heated pool and the hot tub. And the location was perfect - less than a five minute walk to the lifts.

I would live here if they let me. The room was amazing, the views as well.

The hotel is so beautiful. It is easy to feel like you just stepped into the Swiss Alps and are staying at a Swiss Hotel. They have free miniature golf, chess and shuffle board. They also have an incredible swimming pool and two hot tubs. The wellness center is FREE and has a steam room, hot sauna and wonderful exercise equipment. Walking around the grounds is so beautiful with all of the streams, bridges and geothermal pools. This is one of my favorite places to stay. So enchanting.

We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies.
