"Prompt and very good service"

"Great location near the train station, river views, and lots of dining and shopping. Great bar (with great service). No in-room coffee or tea. All in a “galley” on the floor which was often left a mess with garbage. Also tried (with other guests too) to get actual hot water on 2 floors to make instant coffee or tea and couple only get warm water, which doesn’t work. So for 3 of us each day needed to go out and buy coffee. Breakfast option is expensive without any hot foods so we skipped. "

"We had a wonderful stay at CitzenM. The hotel staffs are very attentive and friendly. The hotel staffs gave support in every need of my visit. The room was cozy and comfy with cute décor. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the best cappuccino I had. The location was great and walkable to most attractions. "

"Single night stay before early morning flight. Comfortable room. Quiet and clean. Really a pretty long walk from the train station and airport despite it being an “airport hotel”. "

"Good place to stay for the price but requires a tram ride of about 25mins to get close to the city center which passes out the front of the hotel. Otherwise a great hotel modern and very comfortable bed."

"Near train station, 5 mins walk. No fan or AC but if you keep window open, you can have pleasant environment in room to sleep but having near airport makes it noisy if window is open. Good breakfast options. Overall good place to stay."

"Very modern hotel with all the expected facilities. Breakfast is good but expensive- booking the night before will save you 5CHF per person. The room was good but not exceptional but met all our requirements. The hotel is located an easy 15 minute tram ride from the centre of Zurich (No 2 tram). Overall a comfortable three night stay."

"Funky hotel just outside of city, 30 min tram ride which stops just outside hotel, this hotel is in Techno Park so not alot happening around here, however easy to get around via tram. Restaurant was lovely and food great, staff helpful and friendly. You can play games, pool table tennis here and sit and enjoy drinks before your evening meal. We would have preferred being closer to city but really enjoyed our stay here. "

"We enjoyed our stays at Leonardo Hotel. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but we did stop by the bar for a nightcap. The bartender was very nice. There were only two things that could use improvement. First, we were given a LARGE room the second time we stayed but it was an accessible room and the bathroom was, well, challenging. The toilet was hard to get to and the no-ledge shower leaked everywhere. Second, we used the parking facility...
