Steve the owner was fantastic we asked to drop off our bags and because our room was ready he not only let us check in early but also highlighted the nearby attractions, eateries and transport links on a handy map. "We had a great stay at Seashells on Scarborough. The beach was lovely and we enjoyed strolling at both the start and end of the days. Food options were plenty easy parking. "

"Very spacious and welcoming with courtesy supplies. Very comfortable beds. Great location. However only superficially magnificent and surroundings were neglected. We were given inconsistent information (e.g. check out time). The owner broke our verbal contract (email agreement for our booking) by subsequently raising the agreed amount to be paid in cash on arrival - not legal under the Fair Trading Act and Australian Consumer Law."

"Convenient location, easy walk to beach, cafe, restaurants and easy drive to shops. We were able to cook, store food, sit in comfort and keep cool on so extremely hot days. Check-in and out was simple/easy. Information was comprehensive. Disappointed about the bedding set up. Had booked a King and Queen bed for two adults but ended up with a King bed and 2 singles. Paint peeling off plaster in a number of areas. Accomodation was clean and well appointed."
