"Very dissapointing, especially for tourist from overseas. - 3rd bed not made inspite of additional $$$ charged for the 3rd person. Apparently linen for 3rd person must be requested via email. - 3rd bedroom lamp is busted. Kitchen dangling light is busted - The color of the water from the tap is rusty yellow. Very basic,should have been disclosed. - Some fork and spoon had food smudges so we need to wash before using - Lost water on the 2nd day (starts 7am). So we're not able to shower on...

"The view was just amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunset in the evening. When the wind picked up the noise was somewhat unsettling but not a big problem at all. The new washing machine came to be installed just in time to do laundry too :) "

"Onsite parking and ramp to accommodation was idea for my elderly father that used a walker. The local shops were 1 min around the corner, with a well stocked IGA, a fabulous coffee shop attached to a very popular cafe/restaurant. Coffee was excellent and the staff were exceptionally nice. Only a very short walk down the hill to the esplanade around the bay, and then easy access to a beautiful sandy beach that provided a fabulous early morning or evening walk around the waterfront. "The house is in Coles bay, just outside the park. Convenient access to the park. It has two good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space for 4 of us."

"Perfect property. Perfect Location. Everything we needed was supplied. Maybe a couple of extra firelighters and kindling but we managed. So clean and new. Close to beach, jetty, shops and Freycinet NP. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at Coles Bay"

"We loved our stay... the cottage and grounds are absolutely adorable, and the couple who own the property are extremely warm and welcoming to their guests. A fresh loaf of sourdough bread, farm fresh eggs, and more were awaiting us in our romantic, imbeccably furnished cottage. It felt like we were staying in someone's private home rather than a vacation rental. The cottage we were in....the Hollyhock... has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom (with show and a jacuzzi), a comfortable living room...
