Varna 4 Stars Hotels

"This hotel is in the middle of tourist area. There's nothing but hotels and tourist bars and shops. And of course the wonderful beach and sea. The hotel itself is okay, not great. I found the interiors to be not so cozy but more a bit clinical, but with comfy couches and chairs. The staff seemed to be young with different level of quality in English. Some spoke quite rudimentary some spoke well. They weren't well educated on activities or sights outside the hotel area, but trusted on google to...

"Mijn echtgenote en ik hebben een fantastische week mogen beleven in hotel Continental, Golden Sands, Varna, Bulgarije. Het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid evenals de middagmaaltijden en het avondeten. We zaten op het zesde verdiep in een grote kamer met zicht op zee. Het uitgebreide aanbod van cocktails was niet te versmaden."

"Accueil médiocre à l’arrivée. J’avais envoyé un mail pour demander à réserver une place de parking dans le sous-sol : personne n’y avait répondu. Et à notre arrivée : la réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n’y a plus de place et que nous devons trouver une place dans la rue, stationnement payant à 8 euros la journée, samedi et dimanche compris !!! Aucune empathie, aucune intention de nous aider alors qu’on restait 4 nuits pour plus de 400 euros en tout. On se fait « gronder » par la femme de ménage...

"We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....

"Nice hotel, great centerl location, the hotel we'll renovted, the breakfast is O. K but old Bulgarian style. The rooms has good heating system that is very important at the coold night at winter time. It has good value for money, I will come again. "

"The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia...
