"Very nice hotel, located directly on the lake in front of a marina. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant has a good selection of food and nice ambience. Good buffet style breakfast. We booked a superior double room and were instead given a magnificent 70 square meter, two bedroom suite on the top floor … a surprise upgrade. "Very nice hotel lakeside in Langenargen. Poor check in because I was given a room that was occupied by another guest. At check in I was not given wifi access account and wifi password. The front desk is unstaffed starting at 10 pm."
